Here we learn to release whatever is holding us back in life. Grip n’ release as we embark on a deep understanding of climbing. The practice of proper body positioning teaches us to work through blockages and find clarity. As our mental grip takes hold of our life, our thoughts melt away with each rock we squeeze.

 

KAYAKING

The adrenaline rush of not tipping over while gliding across water produces natural stimuli that keeps our minds sharp and teaches us to view life from a new perspective. An immersed kayak experience up close surrounded by some of the most beautiful formations will charge the soul.

HIKING

It all begins with a little challenge to increase our natural endorphins. Our hikes boost energy and moral which allows detachments of stress and anxiety. We push through this challenge as a team.

 

FISHING

The importance of being in tune with our environment and interconnectedness of all things is best practiced fishing. Tapping into the natural cycles of life and providing sustenance to feed ourselves is a spiritual connection of peace and tranquility. while also giving a sense of purpose and accomplishment.

 

YOGA

Our aim is to cultivate self-awareness and connect with our innermost being as it will calm, energize and provide a safe and supportive space to develop greater body awareness and self-compassion. Yoga reminds us to restore balance and harmony in our lives.

SURFING

Trained to teach any skill level we connect with the ocean and embrace the joys of dancing with the waves. Our bond with the Ocean sets foundation for overcoming fear and finding peace in the unknown.

 

SNOWboarding / skiing

The opportunity to be out in nature, to challenge oneself mentally and physically, and to experience a sense of freedom may be best served in the beauty of our winter season trips. Our team has ski/snowboard instructor experience for any age to enjoy feeling the wind in your face and the snow beneath your feet.

 

BIKING

Through exhilaration we challenge focus, determination, and courage to face the obstacles of the mountain. By pushing boundaries on the trail we build trust and confidence in ourselves and train our minds to stay present and focused in the face of danger.
