Taylor Gibler

Since his last day on a college campus, Taylor has been dedicated to helping people. After graduating, he joined a non-profit in Hawaii, offering medical aid and teaching surfing to impoverished communities, both locally and abroad. By 22, he was leading 12-15 interns in these communities, leaving dozens of boards behind. Taylor then pursued a career in the behavioral health sector, beginning as an admissions coordinator and eventually transitioning to marketing and business development. Wanting to be more hands-on with clients, he left his job and trained under Danny Smith, one of the best interventionists in the country. From this experience, Taylor helped create Ceano Health, a gold-standard, concierge behavioral firm, and developed his own techniques, including incorporating outdoor experiences to improve client outcomes. Inspired by the power of natural environments, he founded River Rock Adventure Guides, committed to helping people live more inspired lives, and uses mountain-top experiences as a catalyst for lasting change. Taylor still works with Ceano Health and is a interventionist, life and recovery coach, helping people live their best life.

Mary Francis

Mary Frances has found solace and comfort in the beauty of nature, indulging in activities such as camping, hiking, and exploring the natural world. Her personal journey towards recovery has instilled in her the desire to help others recognize the healing and transformative power that nature can offer. During her early days of recovery, she spent six months backpacking through the Appalachian mountains, an experience that she believes played a vital role in her ability to remain sober for the past 10 years. Demonstrating unwavering determination, Mary Frances is a living testimony that peace and hope are attainable, even during the toughest times. Through her physical pursuits, she has learned that they can serve as a means of personal growth and renewal. Her passion for nature has led her to encourage others to embrace the outdoors as a powerful tool for healing and rejuvenation of the mind and body.

Andrew Newell

After living in multiple countries experiencing all walks of life and challenging the great outdoors regularly, he brings a very unique lens to our experiential community.  Andrew said if he could coin any phrase it would be 'ushered warmth' and 'relative connection'. He continues to serve others in behavioral health and social sciences by which he has proudly helped multiple families and individuals find the care they need and deserve. One fundamental approach he champions with humility in all his clients is to co-create a pathway for success by encouraging individuals to establish their own rules to which they connect accountability to their moral compass. Excited, curious and cautiously optimistic is the starting point to his own defined success and he is passionately driven to share this process.
